perfect location...friendly and helpfull staff..Special thanks to Sebastian for his smiley face..I try to visit paris three or four times in a year.ı stayed hotel lumen this time ..ı don't think ı will stay in any other hotel from now on..İt is also very nice that they leave coffee fruits and croissants in the lobby all day long after breakfast time.

First of all, I would like to thank to hotel staff. In addition to being friendly and helpful in all matters, it was very sincere that they shared our sadness about the earthquakes in Turkey. For us, this is an indication that good people are working in this hotel. Also, the location of the hotel is very safe and even perfect. Hotel is within the walking distance of Louvre, Orsay, Galeries Lafayette and Champs Elysees. And, there are several popular cafes around the hotel.

We stayed at a hotel right in the middle of Paris. The location was perfect, close to many famous places and shops. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I really suggest this hotel.

Great location - close to louvre and nice shops! Complimentary croissant and hot drink allowed on arrival. staff are nice and helpful.

Junior suite set up was great -allowed for separation of sleeping areas - outlook from main room, sofa area and bathroom was beautiful - over rooftop of a lovely church - not overlooked and quiet relative to being in the centre of Paris. Nice bathroom amenities provided. Friendly staff. Location superb. 15 minutes walk to Musée D’Orsay, Louvre and Orangerie and 2 minute walk to metro.

Great Staff, beautiful location. The front desk man was doing all the best to speak in English fluently. He was able to complete a customer request of a balcony for my reservation. Very friendly and went above and beyond to explain different options at the hotel. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and provided free water refills. The robes and slippers were a added plus to my stay here.

Great location for first time stay in Paris. Twin suite quite small but I believe this is usual for Parisian hotels. The staff were really welcoming and helpful either way good English.

Hotel was boutique style, cute and inviting. The rooms are quiet with balconies, bathrooms are nice and great shower, Rooms are clean and cozy. The staff were very attentive and helpful with any request. Breakfast is fantastic with lots of choices. Close to attractions, restaurants and transportation
