Hotel Lumen Paris Louvre

perfect location...friendly and helpfull staff..Special thanks to Sebastian for his smiley face..I try to visit paris three or four times in a year.ı stayed hotel lumen this time ..ı don't think ı will stay in any other hotel from now on..İt is also very nice that they leave coffee fruits and croissants in the lobby all day long after breakfast time.

First of all, I would like to thank to hotel staff. In addition to being friendly and helpful in all matters, it was very sincere that they shared our sadness about the earthquakes in Turkey. For us, this is an indication that good people are working in this hotel. Also, the location of the hotel is very safe and even perfect. Hotel is within the walking distance of Louvre, Orsay, Galeries Lafayette and Champs Elysees. And, there are several popular cafes around the hotel.

The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, recommending local eateries and places to visit and booking taxis. Although they spoke perfect English, they spoke to me in French to allow me to practice my limited ability of the language, without immediately switching to French, which I was grateful for.

The location in the 1st arrondissement was absolutely first rate. For a first time trip to Paris where you didn’t have too much time, it was walking distance to so many must see attractions. Of course you are in a pricier area of town which is a bit more risky so expect to pay for the Luxury.
